Yep. Cagen will be home this weekend. I so do hope that the kids will be better than they were last weekend. I'm not sure I could deal with another weekend like last. *sighs*

I'm getting really sick of the whole job search thing. I had better find a job soon because I can't afford to keep driving into town every day. I tried to figure out my money for this month and no matter which way I look at it, I am going to run out long before the end of the month. I'm far from happy.

I've been really stressed out lately. No fun.

So, tell me...when you look for a job...do you fill ot an application and then go home and sit around and wait for the call back?

Not to brag...but just my personal experience...if you want something...REALLy want something...you go after it. Forceable, tactfully, honestly. But you give it your all. I would have lost my job at Grande to a man who was, in my opinion, better qualified for the job...but I MADE grande want me...I MADE grande hire me...I went in there...I called every few days...I convinced them that while I dont have as much experience, I was younger, and hungry, and willing willing and able to expand and learn and work faster and hardr than any employee they had there. And I said
"So hire me, for two weeks. If I'm really terrible, give guy #2 a call back. But I gaurantee that there's nothing I cant do, and very little I wont learn to do better.".

They hired me that minute :P At $1 an hour MORE than they were origionally going to.

All I'm sayin...is if you want something bad enough...just go get it. Use your charm :P

Did you have any luck looking for work ? Dont worry it will all work out for you in the near future ok. That advice did sound pretty good maybe you should try it if you havent already found work.

No.. I haven't found a job yet. Apparently I'm a lost cause because either a) I don't have enough experience in the office/clerical type work (what I would like to do) or b) my hours are restricted (can only work days, no nights or weekends) and businesses in retail and fast food want you to work when they want you to work. *shrugs*
